Shipping is FREE on all items to USA!
International
Shipping Charges
We appreciate customers from all countries and have a flat rate of $7 for international shipping. Often shipping charges and handling run to more than this but we find it more transparent and straightforward to put in a flat fee. If shipping works out to be far less than this we'll let you know with a surprise rebate from us... : )
Shipping Times
Domestic
Delivery of domestic orders is usually within 3-5 working days. However, as we work with a variety of independent suppliers and some items are made to order sometimes it can take up to 14 days, occasionally longer. Please see the shipping times listed on the individual product page and feel free to contact us with any questions.
International
International orders may take 14-22 days for delivery, however most are received within 5-7 days.

Note that you may be liable for customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and/or other local requirements. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country, so please be sure to investigate before placing an order, as we cannot be held liable for any extra charges.

Expedited Shipping
If you require your item(s) in a rush please get in touch via the contact form, giving your name and order number, and we will can take a look and endeavour to make this happen for you. We monitor this contact form closely.

Packaging
We use a variety of suppliers, so whilst we aim to send out parcels to you in one go to minimize packaging, please understand that is not always possible. We are always reviewing our systems and trying to do better so if you have any feedback do please drop us a line! It is our committed aim to use only sustainable and eco packing and bundle items, but technology and practicalities mean we are not quite there yet.
Return &
Exchange Policy
Should you wish to return or exchange your item, please make sure you send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order, in the same condition that it was delivered to you. Refunds cannot be arranged for items that are received back damaged or late, or for certain items due to hygiene reasons (this will be stated on the product page).
Please follow the instructions for return included in your parcel.
